Collaboration
Itzhak Roditi is based at cbpf (Centro Brasileiro de Pesquisas Físicas) in Rio de Janeiro. The collaboration began in 2023 and is ongoing, making him one of the newest core members of the research network. He is a key collaborator in the quantum information program, with 14 joint papers produced in the 2023–2026 period.
Joint Work
Roditi joined the group precisely as the quantum information program was expanding rapidly after its 2023 launch. All 14 joint papers fall within this program:
- Bell inequalities in QFT: co-author on multiple papers using Weyl operators to construct Bell-CHSH and Mermin tests in relativistic QFT, including work on causal diamonds and Rindler wedges.
- Relative entropy: contributions to the computation of Araki-Uhlmann relative entropy between field-theoretic states.
- Weyl operators in QFT: development and application of the Weyl operator formalism as the primary algebraic tool for the quantum information program.
The collaboration is institutionally significant as it links uerj to cbpf, two of the main theoretical physics centers in Rio de Janeiro.
